In the Astroshamanic Binary System, Sun in Libra (7) and Moon in Aries (1) constitute Binary 7.1, or Binary number 73.
This pattern blends Libra’s balance, gentleness, harmony and diplomacy with Aries’s courage, assertiveness and pioneering spirit.
Those who resonate with this combination emanate the brisk energy of the Full Moon and an extroverted, enthusiastic and confident nature. Behind a graceful, balanced and friendly layer, they may display a forceful and impulsive nature. 7.1 resonate with the authentic spirit of soldiers sent in war zones in order to preserve peace or with the vehement lawyer fighting for a justice cause, and with any brave and task force enterprise involving conflict resolutions, negotiations and harmony.
Qualities: courage, strength, cooperation, relationship.
Grievances: insolence, competition, restlessness.
This is a Full Moon Binary, with the Moon being on the opposite side of the Earth from the Sun. The Full Moon is the culmination of the intentions set on the preceding New Moon. The qualities of both Libra and Aries build up, gathering and concentrating energy aimed at prompt creative expression. The Libra part stresses the harmonious, graceful, cooperative side, while the Aries element emphasises the direct and brave expression of energy.
This Full Moon, confront us with opportunities to embrace and integrate both conflict and harmony, individuality and relationship, separation and unity.
The Sun in Libra and the Moon in Aries, combine balance and cooperation with self-assertiveness and courage.
One of the lessons here is learning when to be alone and when to be with others.
This Full Moon is about accepting both closeness and distance, intimacy and detachment, being together and alone. It may show us that we can be in an intimate relationship with others only if we accept to connect closely with ourselves, if we can be alone.
We are always alone (all one). We came into this world alone and we will leave alone. And throughout all life, no matter how we engage in relationships, we keep being alone.
A sacred relationship is not about somebody being the other half and that we need them so as to be complete. This is mutilation, not love!
Love is being both a whole, accepting to be alone, and only when you can be alone with someone there is true love regardless of whether this aloneness is accepted by the other or not.
As Osho says “Love is not an escape from loneliness, it is an overflowing aloneness. One is so happy in being alone that one would like to share – happiness always wants to share. It is too much, it cannot be contained; like the flower cannot contain its fragrance, it has to be released.” The first six signs of the zodiac, Aries through Virgo, are related with the development of the ego and the individual self. Their nature is subjective and focused on the relationship with oneself, in which rapports with the outer world are oriented and understood solely according to one’s individual intention.
Libra marks a major shift and the inauguration of the cycle involving the second six signs of the zodiac. These signs are focused on the integration with the outer world, and more esoterically with one’s shadow, the non-ordinary, included death, with the aim of expanding the edges of the individual conscious self.
Libra is the initiator of this second half and moves the first step towards the other, which usually entails the most basic form of human interaction, i.e. partnership or marriage, which at an esoteric level correspond to a first step into initiatory death. The major challenge here for Libra is keeping the balance between the individual self-focused self (Aries) and the social couple-oriented self, inner and outer world, conscious and unconscious, life and death, ego and shadow.
Libra shifts the focus from individual to collective, ordinary to non-ordinary and, while this promotes healing and expansion of awareness, the risk is to lose the connection with the preceding inner-focused path and its original intention, due to the excessive attention given to what emerges in the relationships with others or the non-ordinary.
This stage, when taken too far, is typically followed by a reawakening of the previous individual’s intention, which usually results in relationships, or the non-ordinary, being identified as the cause of the preceding loss and a reversal of the process from collective to individual, non-ordinary to non-ordinary. The process will then be overturned again once it reaches its unbalanced climax, and so this continues to go on from one excess to the other, fomenting the struggle of polarities upon which the ego’s separated reality is based.
This Full Moon is about acknowledging both processes, holding both polarities, and allowing the emergence of a mid-point, a Third Party, which allows the two to exist simultaneously.
It is essential to point out here that a true balance between polarities and worlds can only be pursued through the direct participation of Spirit, the third polarity, the Core Multidimensional Identity (CMI). For more details see our article on Justice – Libra (click here).
Astroshamanic Seal: The seal shows two arms wrestling, staying in total balance.
It evokes the spiritual war in relationships with its power to unite and separate. It reminds about the game of unity and separation, and teaches you to be one despite the apparent separation.
The vision of this seal involves a valley and a house. In the house kitchen a couple sits at a table. After a while they start playing arm wrestling. Following a series of charges in which one seems to win over the other, the two end in complete parity. The two fists stay in total balance and tension is released. The couple starts laughing. Then they welcome into their house all possible grievances and they all laugh together.
In the preliminary vision there is a great vortex from which a warrior emerges. He holds a sword, shifting it towards one side and then the other. He is the warrior of relationships with the power to unite and separate. He says: “I am here to remind you about the game of unity and separation, and to teach you to be one in separation.”
Celebrities with 7.1:
Nicolas Flamel 7.1 (September 28, 1330–1418), successful French scrivener and manuscript-seller who developed a posthumous reputation as an alchemist due to his reputed work on the philosopher’s stone.
According to the introduction to his work and additional details that have accrued since its publication, Flamel was the most accomplished of the European alchemists, and had learned his art from a Jewish converso on the road to Santiago de Compostela. As Deborah Harkness put it, “Others thought Flamel was the creation of 17th-century editors and publishers desperate to produce modern printed editions of supposedly ancient alchemical treatises then circulating in manuscript for an avid reading public.” The modern assertion that many references to him or his writings appear in alchemical texts of the 16th century, however, has not been linked to any particular source. The essence of his reputation is that he succeeded at the two magical goals of alchemy — that he made the Philosopher’s Stone, which turns lead into gold, and that he and his wife Perenelle achieved immortality through the “Elixir of Life”.

Serbia is divided into 24 districts plus the City of Belgrade. The districts and the City of Belgrade are further divided into municipalities. Serbia has 2 autonomous provinces: Vojvodina (7 districts, 46 municipalities) and the Province of Kosovo and Metohija. Kosovo has declared independence and is presently under the administration of EULEX; (See Kosovo status process); Kosovo declared its independence on 17 February 2008, which Belgrade opposes. The part of Serbia that is neither in Kosovo nor in Vojvodina is called Central Serbia. Central Serbia is not an administrative division, unlike the two autonomous provinces, and it has no regional government of its own. In English this region is often called “Serbia proper” to denote “the part of the Republic of Serbia not including the provinces of Vojvodina and Kosovo”, as the Library of Congress puts it. The PTU for 2012 acknowledges the above situation.
The Provisional Order Secondary Jurisdiction for PTU Area D7-1 and 2, within the Iurope Purve Prasupaja, is represented by the Serbie Purve Samaya, based in Belgrade.

Grand State of Tanmarg,
Nation of Galmaikaln
7.1 is associated with Galmaikaln, one of the 12 nations of the Grand State of Tanmarg. This is a most concise reference, which also reflects the straightforward and genuine nature of the Maikalnian folks, whose national motto is “Maikaln is Maikaln”. Galmaikaln hosts the inception point of Graha, in the homonymous trinity at 7-1-5. The capital is Grant Maikaln (aka Maikal) at 7-1-1. Galmaikaln has a close association with the Archangel Michael. A relevant feature of Galmaikaln is the Rock of Hanmar, which is the counterpart of the Rock of Kallex, in the State of Quald, Domain Haragox, Devakallex (4-10-10), and of the other two Handorian Rocks in the State of Kortex and the State of Akirwa. The Rock of Hanmar is located in 7-1-1 (precisely at 7-1-1-7) and comprises an area (Territory of the Granter) under the joined jurisdiction of the Handorian Defense System, the State of Tanmarg and the Great Empress of Hanmar. This is one of the most relevant points for its effects on the Human Arbitrary Configuration, with particular regards to human relationships.
