The Provisional Order, or ProvOrdo Etnai, is a strategic multi-dimensional configuration referred to by the Epic of the Sacred Cone and ProvOrdo Etnai Sagdhanatabe. Its function is to serve and reconcile both the interests of multi-dimensional realities and the human separated reality, or Human Arbitrary Configuration (HAC). The Provisional Order is the domain of beings operating as multi-dimensional gatekeepers, no matter what their official forms or occupations appear to be, or whether they are fully aware or totally unconscious of their functions. And you can rest assured that in this respect, similarly to the characteristics of their operative zones, they are likely to generate a wide dichotomy of perceptions.
The Provisional Order operates in conjunction with the arbitrary consensus reality (HAC) that governs human perception. This reality is strategically based on the denial of multi-dimensional realities and the Provisional Order itself. As a result the Provisional Order is both the most cherished ally of HAC as well as its greatest threat.
The Provisional Order is an arbitrary configuration, just as the human arbitrary configuration (HAC). What differs is that the Provisional Order is a purposefully generated configuration, an arbitrary intentional formation aimed at accessing multi-dimensional realities, as well as HAC. It coexists within HAC itself, yet it is also beyond HAC and, most of all, it is not meant to replace HAC or to conflict with it in any way.
The Provisional Order can be described as the linking agent between HAC and other realities. HAC is an emanation of those realities which means that HAC’s existence entirely depends on other realities. Yet since HAC is a separated setting based on the strategic denial of other realities. Thus, it follows that the mechanics of the Provisional Order as linking device require a strict censorship, yet in a way that doesn’t prevent the functioning of the Provisional Order itself.
The Provisional Order encompasses three primary emanations, or Badana: Regule Badana (Corporate Order), Aregule Badana (Associated Order) and Pratinindhe Badana (Delegate Order), each organised in 12 main sections and 144 subsections.
