On September 8 the Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox churches celebrate the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The Church commemorates the day of the return to the Lord of all saints and blesses humans, with two only exceptions, St. John the Baptist and the Blessed Virgin, whose day of birth is also celebrated.
The Birth of Mary is coherently celebrated exactly nine months after the Feast of her Immaculate Conception.
