An ideal opportunity to promote planetary awareness and healing through multidimensional spirituality practices based on the teachings of A Course in Miracles, integrated with astroshamamanic work. We will revisit the past, using recapitulation techniques, extracting gifts and blessings, letting go of grievances and darkness, to pave the way for a bright 2024.
Time serves the ego (separate identity) to trap the human mind in an autistic reality based on the illusory nature of the past and the future. In the past reside grudges, fears, judgments, desires, remorse and pain that are incessantly recycled into the future. The ordinary human body, separated and split from the whole, can only exist in the past and future, where it is non-existent in the single instant, in which the actual reality of our being dwells. The premise of the recapitulation is that past events block the vital energy until they are identified and released. Otherwise, the past continues to be retained and constantly recycled. As humans we tend to invest enormous amounts of energy into these memories, until, just like in a computer, the memory runs out, and the mind freezes and enters a state of amnesia. In addition to re-examining one’s life and memories and releasing grievances and blocked emotions, recapitulation can allow previously trapped energies to become available to implement desired outcomes and goals. The recapitulation can therefore be followed by practices aimed at defining one’s intentions, identifying and defining one’s potential, organizing and planning the new year.
The retreat is bilingual (Italian and English) and takes place via Skype through daily sessions of an hour and a half each, from 5.30pm to 7pm CET. It is possible to participate either live or by listening to the recordings at any preferred time. The indicative cost for a cycle of three sessions is Euro 70, or £ 60. The retreat can also be integrated with an individual session with Franco to be agreed independently.
