Exercise 1:
1) imagine something very beautiful for five minutes.
2) ask a friend to imagine something very beautiful for five minutes.
3) describe to each other what you have imagined and imagine it together for five minutes.
4) based upon what you have previously imagined do something very beautiful together for five minutes.
5) involve other friends.
6) gradually extend the amount of time, from five minutes to 10 minutes, then 20 minutes, one hour, etc.
