Sometimes it happens to fall deeply in love with someone, to give them so much confidence, to become so intimate at all levels. You finally feel that you have found the right person for you,
Then, after a little or a lot, everything turns out to be an illusion, a deception, a manipulation. Harrowing pain follows, then hatred, contempt and anger. That person then becomes horrible, and turns into a monster.
Of course, you can explain what has happened in many ways and use so many strategies to manage the resulting misery, especially the conscious or unconscious call for revenge.
So the next time you happen to fall deeply in love with someone, you may make sure to find another monster so that you can take revenge and become yourself a monster for them.
