In this world there are so many unhappy people, and this is rather legitimate because this world is full of pain, misery and great uncertainties.
As a matter of fact, the only certainty for all people is death.
There are two radically different ways to deal with the above.
One is playing the victim, which involves believing that unhappiness and pain only apply to oneself or to a few people, while others are happy and satisfied. As a result others are envied, despised and often considered the cause of one’s suffering.
The other way is to do your best to relieve the pain and misery of this world. Often people who seem happy are as unhappy as all the others, with the difference that, instead of playing the victim, they feel empathy and solidarity for the misery of the world and do something to heal it.
