THE HOLY PRACTICE OF THE CIRCLE OF THE 12
This practice has a minimum duration of 5 minutes and can be done at any time of the day.
The practice is used to allow our individual physical, emotional, mental and spiritual experiences and conditions to align with the Circle and then with the Center, creating a healing bridge between horizontal and vertical.
The practice is used to handle the three basic types of experience that we can have throughout life:
first stage: intent, space of power, clarity, lucidity, enthusiasm, determination, high energy, ability to operate in a positive and luminous ways in ordinary reality
second stage: release, grievances, confusion, impediments, blocks, unpleasant episodes, low energy, inability to operate in a positive and luminous ways in ordinary reality
third stage: epiphanies, dreams, visions, centering, multidimensional connection, neutrality and detachment from ordinary reality
This practice allows us to bring back the energy of these experiences and of the state in which we are in the circle for the benefit of all.
All stages benefit when released into the Circle, and above all the second, which represents the fertilizer, the energy that supports the other two stages.
This is the practice step by step.
0) CENTER
Stop your daily activities and close your eyes, and immediately bring your attention to the breath by connecting with the Center.
You perceive the outside world and that of your thoughts, emotions, feelings, etc. moving around in the Circle around you as you stay in the Center. Breathe in from the Circle and then breathe out into the Center. If you are doing the practice for only 5 minutes, just do a minimum of five breaths (one for each element plus the fifth element for the Center) or up to 13 breaths.
1) INTENTION
Remaining in the Center, notice what in the Circle, in your experience of daily life of this moment, is in relation to the first stage. It can be your goal of manifestation (such as those expressed in the group), something that gives you enthusiasm, motivation, pleasure, brightness about the events of your past life, present or potential in the future. It can be something that concerns both personal and collective intent.
Move into the Circle and imagine anything you consider as fully realized in the present, focusing on a particular scene that represents its fulfillment. The condition for this part is that it benefits you in your life and in that of other beings. It must be something that does not harm anyone, including yourself, and is intended to be shared with everyone.
Breathe in all of this from the Circle and then breathe out into the Center. If you are doing only 5 minutes, just do a minimum of five breaths (one for each element plus the fifth element for the Center) or up to 13 breaths.
2) RELEASE
Remaining in the Center, take note of what the Circle in your daily experience of this moment is in relation to the second stage. It may be a painful, unpleasant situation, an impediment, something that causes malaise, fear, confusion, darkness about events of your past life, present, or potential in the future. It may be something that concerns both your personal and collective situations.
Imagine anything you consider considering a particular scene that represents it.
Breathe in all of this from the Circle and then breathe out into the Center. If you are doing only 5 minutes, just do a minimum of five breaths (one for each element plus the fifth element for the Center) or up to 13 breaths.
3) EPIPHANY – CENTER
Epiphany is a term that marks the manifestation of a supernatural or divine reality, a sudden intuitive leap, a deep moment of ecstasy or connection to our multidimensional nature, or any other healing experience that comes as a gift. This is the feature of the Center.
At this point, focus only at the Center, breathing vertically from top to bottom. Breathing in focusing on the Higher and then breathing out by pointing to the Lower. If you are doing only 5 minutes, just do a minimum of five breaths (one for each element plus the fifth element for the Center) or up to 13 breaths.
0) CIRCLE
Make the Center energy available to the Circle, delivering it as a blessing to the world, as a representative of one of the 12 Matrices.
Breathe in the Center’s energy and then out into the Circle. If you are doing only 5 minutes, just do a minimum of five breaths (one for each element plus the fifth element for the Center) or up to 13 breaths.
MISCELLANEOUS NOTES
A) You can also practice for more time if you want. The minimum requirement is a total of 25 long breaths (5 for each of the 5 stages) plus an interval breath from one stage to the other (4 breaths) a total of 29 breaths.
B) If every day there are at least 12 people doing the practice this allows to have all the sectors covered in the Circle. Each one becomes a representative of one of the 12 Basic Matrices, who during the practice join and relate to the Center, receiving from the Center the energy to be distributed in the Circle for the benefit of all.
