The Handorian State System (HSS), or more informally Handor, is a parallel multidimensional universe whose function is to establish mutually beneficial relationships with separate realities. This exchange is fundamentally about liberation from the deceptions, suffering, conflicts, guilt, fear and death inherent in realities based on separation and the linearity of time. From this perspective HSS represents a preparatory configuration of transition from false perception of existence, to full awareness of reality based on unity and unconditional love. HSS therefore works first of all to facilitate emancipation from enslavement to material reality and from identification with separate physical bodies, promoting the use of fourth and fifth dimensional bodies intentionally aimed at integral settlement in the spiritual dimension.

HSS derives its name from Handor, which is synonymous with the term God, albeit radically foreign and incompatible with the notion typical of most conventional religions. Handor, as God, is pure love, ecstasy and joy, alien to all forms of pain, judgment and separation, therefore it is not the creator of the material plane nor of linear time and death, which are the expression of the illusion and deceptions of which mankind is a victim. The closest approximation in terms of human culture of the nature of Handor and the spirituality that characterizes HSS relates to the teachings of Gnosticism, A Course in Miracles, non-dualism, sufism, and other similar Eastern and Western esoteric traditions.

HSS is the primary reference of the Epic of the Sacred Cone, the Astroshamanic Binary System and the Provisional Order. HSS represents the Peak or access gate of the White Sphere and the apex of the upper cone of the Gray Sphere. HSS is an experiential notion impenetrable to the prevailing consciousnesses of the Gray Sphere. It follows that it is inaccessible to the binary perception that distinguishes the prevailing communication of mankind. In accordance with the Epic, HSS constitutes the Last Frontier of the White Sphere and can be described as the area in charge of managing the supreme trading tasks of the Seed of the Sacred Cone.

HSS is a multidimensional confederation of 12 federal sovereign states, or sublime bodies, (KIrway, Trent, Tudor, Kallex, Hartem, Framg, Hanmar, Frian, Sanjul, Haxar, Ukar, Vuolly), 144 corporate sovereign nations, or globes, and 1728 self-governing regions, or vehicles, and one exalted body (Handor), 4 Primary Directional Domains, 4 Derived Directional Domains, and 2 interspace systems; also called Ur Handor; function of supreme outpost of the exchange process between the Sphere of Light and the Sphere of Darkness, located in the terminal apex of the upper cone of the Gray Sphere; replica of the original Handor, founded by the Thirteenth with the help of the Sadoha. In version 3.3 it is a multidimensional confederacy located primarily in the northern and central hemisphere of the Dorian Configuration of Pahai.
