At times life orchestrates a very efficient, yet painful, modality to allow release of grievances and judgements we hold towards people.
It consists in slowly setting the stage so that we can find ourselves in circumstances which eventually lead us to behave exactly like those people.
Each time we express hard judgments regarding what is wrong with others, a complex and long series of events is activated till we reach the time when we can see what is truly happening from the other person’s perspective.
There is also another way, efficient and painless, which does not require any complexity and long orchestration, for it simply takes place in the present.
It consists in abstaining from judgements towards others, and allowing this right to be exercised by God only.
