In the Astroshamanic Binary System, Sun in Scorpio (8) and Moon in Aquarius (11) constitute Binary 8.11, or Binary number 95.
8.11 is a blend of Fixed Water and Fixed Air. The pattern Sun in Scorpio and Moon in Aquarius integrates Scorpio’s intensity, depth, magnetism and passion with Aquarius’s originality, rebelliousness and collective consciousness. Those who resonate with this combination are major enigmas in the Human Arbitrary Configuration, able to cover the widest spans of frequencies, penetrating the darkest scenarios as well as ascending proscribed peaks.
While being involved in daily activities, they appear to abide in other realms, covertly hinting the connection with arcane sources and emanating a depth that very few can comprehend.
Light and darkness, death and life, all merge in this binary, dispensing unpredictable gifts and bewildering shifts within rigid structures. Here the most dramatic tragedies may become major hilarious comedies or vice versa, cultivating the capacity of embracing the paradox and tapping into the matrix of the Game. Italian actor and director Roberto Benigni (8.11.10) and most of his movies provide a classic example of this pattern.

This is a 8.11 First Quarter Moon occurring when the Crescent Moon in Aquarius forms a square (Å), a 90° aspect, with the Sun in Scorpio. It is an active phase, when the Moon moves outside the orbit of the Earth toward that of Mars.
This is traditionally a time to focus on making the necessary changes and adjustments so that the Intent activated with the New Moon can be implemented. It is a crucial moment, for what is set in motion now will develop through the rest of the lunar cycle.
The energy can be rather charged, making it the ideal moment to act out, take courageous initiatives, go for it, and do what feels right. Here you have the possibility to choose either to be a creative protagonist or a passive victim of events.
Breathing deeply, being aware of one’s body and physically releasing excessive tension through dynamic movements or shamanic postures while holding a focused Intent can be very helpful here, as well as practising rituals, such as the Basic Ritual of the Sacred Cone.
The question is: “What do I do right now to set in motion the Intention? What do I need to practically act out in order to promote the Libra’s qualities of harmony, cooperation and rightful relationships?” The key here is not on taking time to get the true answer, which has been probably known for a while, or indulging with doubts and concerns. The key is on simply doing it, patiently acting out the answer, or even allowing the action to provide the answer.
Inter-Axis Binaries: The combination Scorpio/Aquarius (8.11) can be most liberating for Scorpio. The startling emergence of Aquarius allows Scorpio serpents to move from their persistent horizontal slithering to a most superb ascension once, in sheer bewilderment, they are able to uncover their feathered wings. Then, their heinous dark valley fades away, unveiling the magnificent scenario of a delightful firmament.
8.11 conveys the greatest paradoxes of life and it is extremely difficult to contain within human consensus reality, of which it is however a part.
8.11 portrays a quantum leap, the abrupt emergence of a luminous definition within a dark zone. You may have experienced it on many occasions in your life, yet each time comes as unexpected as the first time. I am referring to the luminous intuition that pops in just as you have lost all hopes and are about to succumb.
On many occasions I have found myself in the most grieving spaces of existence, consigned to a horrible fate with the inexorable feeling of being doomed for eternity. Then here they come, my 8.11 liberators and I am free again.
I am passionate about 8.11 for in my case it represents an Inter-Axis Binary. What is an Inter-Axis Binary? It is a binary involving the Ascendant or Descendant (horizontal axis) and the Medium Coeli or Immum Coeli (vertical axis). For example if my Ascendant is in Scorpio and the Immum Coeli is in Aquarius, this is for me an Inter-Axis Binary, which is here 8.11. Inter-Axis binaries create a crisis in ordinery reality, an incompatible state of affairs that does not allow the ordinary to function properly.
When an Inter-Axis Binary is at work our separated reality easily crashes and, just like computers, it has to be restarted. This is a most crucial moment, which identifies the interference of a multidimensional configuration. Our separated reality is a monopoly configuration circulating in a market where no other configuration is legally available.
It reminds me of those times in Italy when RAI (Italian State Television) was a monopoly and there were no other radio or television channels available apart from RAI. Now in Italy the situation is very different. Yet there was a time when it was unconceivable to have something else than RAI. Nevertheless in certain remote areas of the country, by adjusting the antenna, it was possible to capture the television channels of neighbouring countries, such as Switzerland, France or Yugoslavia. Well, when I was a child this was one of the most exciting enterprises I could think of. I was so fed up with RAI for I had never had the chance of seeing anything else but RAI. Hence, other television channels were for me tantamount to other dimensions.
Well, to return to what I was writing, an Inter-Axis binary is a disruption in consensus reality, for it generates the awareness of alternative configurations. These have to be proved incompatible in order for ordinary reality to preserve its monopoly. And the way to prove this incompatibility is to devise a crash, which will provide the experiential evidence that the illicit configuration is hazardous, hence justifying further interdictions.
Disruptions and crashes take place all the time for, although a separated reality does its best to cover up other configurations, it is nevertheless aware that they exist. The most classic example of a crash in ordinary reality is death, yet also nervous breakdowns, dreams, hallucinations, accidents, amnesia, sex, etc. operate as crashes.
This is a most extensive topic, as well as a most classified one, for 8.11 is a peak of multidimensional secrecy.

Astroshamanic Seal: a circle with a St. Andrew cross and two outer vertical short lines. The vision involves a large sun landing on the valley. It is a big luminous starship from where 144 units of light begin to come out. They gather in the valley and form a large circle. They sing their songs and use healing tools. The starship rises and forms the apex of a luminous cone, the 144 units are its basic circumference. Another cone suddenly forms in the lower part. It is a black cone, made of 144 units of darkness. They come from the Lower World, Quiumakai, while the 144 luminous units come from the Higher World. They all gather in the circle. Then suddenly another circle of 144 units appears: they are from the Middle World, Pahai. There are 36 circles united. They are all united and they go together to the Lower World, Quiumakai and then to the Peak of the Lower World, Rodnah and from there they reach the Peak of the Higher World, Handor. The Game is over and another Game starts. I am told to celebrate a specific public ritual for each couple of Paheka. This work is part of the Project. It is called Paheka Rubhe Grahe Ilibise, or Celebration of the Binary Systems.

Dylan Thomas: (8.11.4) born in Swansea (Wales) on 27 October 1914, Dylan Thomas has Sun in Scorpio and Moon in Aquarius with Ascendant in Cancer. In one of his earliest articles titled “Genius and Madness Akin in the World of Art” he wrote about the thin frontier between insanity and eccentricity. His writing career flourished with the publication of various collections of poems, with his popularity thriving with Deaths and Entrances. Dylan also worked for the BBC, becoming as well known for his radio work as for his poetry. In social occasions he was notorious for his “lack of tact”. For example, during a dinner in California he was introduced to the actress Shelley Winters. Roberto Benigni (8.11.10) born on 27 October 1952, regarded as one of the most hilarious men in the world, this extremely effusive and provocative Italian actor and director has Sun in Scorpio, Moon in Aquarius and Ascendant in Capricorn. Benigni has featured prominently in the Italian entertainment arena since 1976. His first international debut was in the USA with “Down by Law” (1986). Benigni is best known outside Italy for his 1997 tragicomedy Life Is Beautiful (La vita è bella), filmed in Arezzo, which was nominated for seven Academy Awards. At the 1999 ceremony Benigni received the award for Best Actor (the first for a male performer in a non-English-speaking role) and the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film. Located in the far north, this is the largest nation of the Handorian State System, following the nation of Friaan (8.8). The nations of UNH are huge compared to those of other nations. Considering that most of the Frianian territory has consistent developments also below its surface, this makes UNH a unique state. Indeed there was a time in which Friaan and Handor were two entirely separate entities, one (Friaan) incorporating the dark power and the other (Handor) resonating with the light power. Hevarrany is a recent assimilation in the Handorian States System. It stands out as a most unfathomable zone, with intense and erratic shifts of brightness and obscurity. It used to operate as one of the four Directional Reservoirs, aimed at storing darkness for Game-related purposes.
