Recapitulation is an ancient shamanic practice aimed at retrieving and releasing energy. The assumption is that every interaction in our life blocks vital energy until it is totally sorted out and liberated. When this is not the case the result is what shamans describe as “soul-loss”, one of the main causes of human sufferance. In their approach to healing shamans use a multidimensional perspective, which implies that whatever happened in the past still continues to occur somewhere in the present, affecting an individual’s life. This also means that shamans can journey through time, reaching zones where past events work as energy reservoirs, and restoring or redeploying a person’s vital force.
Among past events, sexual episodes (sex files) are largely linked to soul-loss for they involve strong emotional exchange and energy release, which may activate memories of severe trauma and separation. Please be aware that sex files range beyond sexual acts, including any direct or indirect sexual fantasy or arousal, and all activities related to sex organs. Since they also comprise the excretion function of liquid and solid waste product of the body, sex files involve all human beings, including virgin and chaste.
This is an introductory class designed to give participants a basic understanding and direct experience of shamanic recapitulation and its healing implications at an individual and collective level.

How to get to Il Casale:
By car: take A15 (Autostrada della Cisa) Parma/La Spezia, exit at Pontremoli if you come from the North, or Aulla if from the South. Continue to Villafranca in Lunigiana, then to Merizzo (5,20 km). Once in Merizzo, use as reference the Church of the Archangel Michael. 50 metres after the church turn left at the little parking square then take the only path to the left. After one km you will receive our parking. See: Map
By train: you can arrive to Villafranca/Bagnone railway station with the line Milan-Livorno or La Spezia-Parma. Let us know your time of arrival and we will pick you up.
By plane: the closest airport is Pisa’s Galileo Galilei. Also the airports of Florence and Genoa are close.
