The truths about this and other worlds are hidden from adults, and especially from ordinary intellectuals and sages, and revealed only to children or those who are capable of becoming children again.
The Lion traditionally shines as the greatest emblem of royal power and alchemical gold. It represents the qualities of the Sun, which is not the false sun that comes and goes, drastically changing its effects on humans according to seasonal or daily changes. It is the Sun that always shines even in the dead of night and bestows generous gifts at all times. These gifts are accessible only to those who have eyes to see beyond the appearances of this world, the pristine eyes of a child (which have not yet been enslaved by smartphones).
It is during their games that the four children in C.S. Lewis’s The Chronicles of Narnia step out of ordinary reality and reach a world where they eventually meet Aslan, the Great Lion. And as their adventures expand, they discover other worlds within worlds. “The further you go, the bigger everything becomes. The inside is as big as the outside,” explains Mr. Tumnus (the faun) to Lucy Pevensie (the youngest of the four children) in the seventh and final book of the Chronicles. Lucy begins to see more and more clearly. She realizes that the garden is not a garden but a whole new world, with rivers and forests, mountains and waterfalls. And yet it is not at all strange, because she already knew it.
Although a long-time reader of Lewis, it was only recently that I learned that the Chronicles of Narnia are named after the Umbrian town of Narni (Narnia in Latin). C.S. Lewis, a profound connoisseur of Latin culture, was struck by the sound of the word “Narnia” which he first found on a map of ancient Italy.
In his writings the World of Narnia is a parallel, mystical and multidimensional reality, existing outside the ordinary earth and other dimensions, but nevertheless accessible everywhere at certain unexpected moments, as well as from particular entry points.
Right in Narni I hold a seminar during the Summer Solstice weekend, entitled Astroshamanic Seminar on the Purpose in Life, June 22-23, 2024, Narni (TR), see https://astroshamanism.org/your-multidimensional-life-purpose/
In fact, the Great Lion is above all related to the greatest purpose we can conceive, the one that allows us to draw on the truest sunlight, in connection with all our parallel selves, which ultimately are all the beings existing in every possible world.https://astroshamanism.org/your-multidimensional-life-purpose/
